ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order. You will receive an email when your order is on the way!

FREE UK SHIPPING
UK customers will never be charged for shipping unless a next day service is required and all orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using Yodels fully insured and tracked service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout at a flat rate of £14.99. Please allow 7-14 working days for international deliveries.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
